***Xinyu Zhang

Xinyu Zhang obtained his Bachelor degree of Biological pharmaceutical at the Zhuhai College of Jilin University, China in 2010. Currently, he is undertaking a master degree of Master of Biotechnology Research Extensive at the University of Queensland. In the first year of programme, he has finished some coursework related the biological field, such as biology and emerging biotechnologies. Then, in order to obtain more lab experience, he studied from Nov 2015 in the Faulkner lab under the supervision of Gabriela O. Bodea. The research project is focused on Characterization of LINE-1 mobile DNA activity in the mouse brain.
